In this three week series, you learn the foundations of starting or advancing your inversion practice from wherever you come to us at. Working with the four basic inversions: shoulder stand, headstand, forearm stand and handstand, we cover core principles that help you to advance your practice from where you’re at and keep growing. Week One: Foundation Basics // How to Ground Upside-Down Week Two: Stability Basics // Using the Core Effectively Week Three: Control Basics // Effective Activation of the Lower Body A small group session, in this series we run through key principles as a group and work individually so you’re able to work personally with Brittany to overcome your individual challenges. Designed to jumpstart your personal practice, each week you’ll receive digital and printed handouts with tips and tricks to take home to practice so you can make the most out each week and leave fulfilling your inversion goals (and then some).
